Terms of Use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nursly iOS app ("the App"), operated by Dmytro Chirva ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these Terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA applies.
1. The App
Nursly helps nurses and other shift workers plan shifts, estimate earnings and keep track of their schedule. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App.
2. Free version and Nursly Pro
You can use Nursly for free, including adding your first 10 shifts. A Nursly Pro subscription unlocks additional features, such as unlimited shifts, detailed earnings analytics, PDF reports, Apple Calendar sync, schedule sharing and custom shift templates. Features may change as the App is updated.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Nursly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly or yearly). The price and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm the purchase, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
4. Pay estimates are not payroll
Earnings, overtime, differentials, holiday pay and tax figures in the App are estimates based on the rates and rules you enter. They are for your personal reference only and are not payroll, accounting, tax or legal advice. Always rely on your employer's official pay records. We are not responsible for differences between estimates in the App and your actual pay.
5. Alarms and reminders
The Shift Alarm and reminders depend on your device, iOS version, permissions and settings. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't guarantee that every alarm or notification will be delivered. Don't rely on the App as your only way to wake up or get to work on time.
6. Your data
Your shift data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and backed up. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, deleting the App, or software errors. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully. Don't store information you have no right to store, and don't misuse the feedback features (for example by sending spam or abusive content).
8. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost earnings, missed shifts, lost data or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
